14th Annual Golf Outing!

Schedule: 11:00a.m. – Check-in, Driving Range & Lunch (included in price); 12:45 p.m. - Leave for Tees; 1:00 p.m. - Shotgun Start; 6:00 p.m. - Cocktail Reception (Cash Bar); 6:30 p.m. - Dinner with Awards Ceremony

Join the Wisconsin District of PMA on Tuesday, June 17, 2008, at Silver Spring Country Club as we welcome you and your colleagues to the 14th Annual PMA Wisconsin District Golf Outing.
The cost is $135 per person or $515 per foursome. These prices include range balls, a round of golf, cart with GPS, lunch, dinner and a drink! The price also includes entry to all hole events; hole-in-one prize package, circle on the green, mulligan, etc., and enters you into a cash raffle for $500, $250, $150 and $100. You also will be able to increase your chances of winning cash prizes and raffle items on the course.
Note: Bring a brand name nonperishable food item (need is greatest for cereal or canned fruit) for the Hunger Task Force and receive an additional raffle ticket for each item for the cash raffle.
We will be playing on the Island course and the game format will be a scramble. All participants are required to wear collared shirts and soft spikes. Tee shirts, tank tops and blue jeans are not acceptable (course rules).
You are encouraged to donate or make a contribution such as golf balls, hats or shirts, etc for door prizes. Donations should be brought in early on the day of the event or delivered to Waukesha Tool & Stamping prior to the event.
Sponsorships are available. Your company’s name will be displayed at the designated site and/or hole. All proceeds will go to charity.
Please register by May 31 so we have enough time to have signs created for company sponsorships. We would love to have 144 golfers and make this a great start to the summer.
